How to get to Stoke Bruerne

Stoke Bruerne is a wonderful and busy canal centre, with a diverse history and lots to see and do; including The Canal Museum, boats, locks and is close to the Blisworth Tunnel which is a mile and three quarters long.

There is a large picnic area – located on the museum green, along with a range of walks, both waterside and woodland. By car

From the North: from M1 Junction 15, take the A508. Stoke Bruerne is signposted to the right from the A508, after leaving Roade village.

From the South: from the A5, take the A508. Stoke Bruerne is signposted to the left from the A508, just after crossing the canal.

The nearest car parking for the boat is the Canal Museum Car Park on the east side of the canal.

Additional parking is available at the top of the main village street, towards Blisworth.
