HOW TO BOOK YOUR DAY HIRE BOAT

| Simply call 07966 503609 to
check availability. You can then pay the full hire fee
by sending us a cheque. Then print
out and complete our Booking Form. We will then
collect £75 from you (CASH ONLY) on your arrival at the
boat as a security deposit against the boat being
returned dirty, damaged or late.
Please note no more that 10 passengers
are allowed.
Use of the locks is not permitted at Stoke Bruerne nor on
the Northampton Arm. |

Hirers should note that:
We will not be liable for any loss, damage of injury
caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable
control or due to your own proven negligence.
The hirer is in charge of the boat and is responsible
for its safe navigation.
Hirers may themselves be liable for any loss, damage or
injury caused by them or their crew.
The boat should be returned in a clean, tidy condition.
If for any reason the boat is not available or delayed
on the day (e.g. damage, mechanical breakdown, late
return by previous hirer etc.) we will endeavour to
provide you with an alternative. Otherwise we will
refund a suitable amount, but no more than has already
been paid to us.
While we take every care to service and maintain the
boat, no responsibility will be accepted for loss of
time or expenses through breakdown, damage or defects.
